Over the last few years, Medallion Retail has conducted research to achieve a deeper understanding of the Millennial Generation, an influential demographic made up of nearly 100 million consumers who spend an estimated $172 billion annually, despite most being under the age of 26.
Medallion Retail’s research yielded unconventional, groundbreaking insights into how Millennials make decisions in the retail environment, evaluate brands up to and at the point of sale, and rely on technology and social networking as part of their decision-making process. We developed practical insights into motivating, communicating with, and engaging Millennials more effectively and more appropriately in the retail environment.
We realized the power of this generation and that their shopping behaviors will shape the boundaries of retail for years to come. Armed with this knowledge, Medallion Retail has been able to provide retailers with the necessary tools and methods to market to the Millennials and gain a decided edge over their competition.
