Part operations expert, part process strategist and part team coach, he utilizes his program management design and development expertise to map out where Medallion needs to go, and to ensure that development results in an enhanced brand experience for you and your customers.

Tom has successfully launched several interactive marketing agencies and was a member of the award-winning MTV Networks “Choose or Lose” campaign team responsible for helping get young people interested in the political system. Clients he has worked with include Sony, Mercedes-Benz, Coca-Cola, Chase, Conde Nast and the Discovery Network.
